When we decided to completely overhaul our old website, I got bids from half a dozen site designers. It was a nightmare. Sometimes I couldn't even get in contact with the bidding companies, or the bids were late, or they were entirely off the mark. Then someone referred me to Hartman Technology and from the very beginning Troy was excellent to work with. He quickly put together a quote, outlined how he would accomplish what I wanted, and stuck exactly to the schedule he gave me.

One of my biggest concerns was to be able to update content in specific portions of the site. Troy worked with me to put together a Content Management System that was easy enough for me to use, but would cover all the areas that I needed it to. When I do need to make a change to something that I didn't have included in the CMS, I e-mailed him and usually it's completed within an hour.

We've had the new site up and running for about a year now, and Troy is still giving us the same excellent customer service that he has provided since day one. I just can't say enough about what a fabulous experience it's been working with Hartman Technology!
