Our experience with Troy and Hartman Technology definitely exceeded our expectations. We wanted a website that we could make a change to when we needed. Troy worked hands on with me. When I needed to contact him, he returned my calls and emails on the same day. I didn't have to wait days for him to reply. We were given a schedule as to when work would be done, and he followed that schedule. When I changed the scope of work in the middle of the project, Troy accommodated my requests and went above and beyond to give me a finished project that I'm happy with.

We couldn't be more pleased with the professionalism we received working with Troy. Our website is up and running and we are very pleased with the final results.
